To The One Who Sees Me

I wanted to create a series of personal prayers that I’ve felt inspired to share. They’re meant to spark devotion—but truly, they’re simply my way of expressing love to God. I’ve always found comfort in the heartfelt devotionals of saints like St. Teresa, and I thought—why not begin sharing my own from time to time?

This is my sacred space to pour out my heart and creativity. I’m not sure why I feel self-conscious about it… but I hope you enjoy them.

Thank You for loving me Lord.
Thank You for never leaving my side.
Thank You for always being with me, even when I forget, even when I doubt.

I don’t always feel like I’m a good person.
Sometimes I’m filled with fear and uncertainty, and I question if anything I do is right.
I feel scared so often.
But somehow, You keep reminding me that You love me,
That You see me,
That You protect me.

I’m weak.
I make mistakes.
I can be lazy, unmotivated, unsure.
And yet… You give me grace.
Grace that carries me. Grace that keeps me going.

I love You so, so much, Lord.
You are the light of my life—the only thing that gives me strength.
You make me feel whole. You make me feel seen.
And oh, how I long to truly see You.
To be held fully in Your presence.

You are the light that keeps me going.
And I want my entire life to be filtered through Your light.
I want to move only where You lead me.
Remove anyone from my life who isn’t good for me,
And bring those who will help me walk in alignment with the purpose You’ve placed within me.

You know my heart—my deepest desires.
And all I hope… is that even through all the mistakes I make,
That I bring joy to Yours.
That I make You proud.
That You are happy with me.

With all my love,
Your daughter, Blanca
